Please find below update of the surcharges which will change as per 1 Jan 2010.>br> (COD; HEC; SEP; SER; WSC)

For shipments to USA their will be a change in the Cargo Declaration Charge (CDD).
To summarize it will be a mandatory charge and appear in all MARS contract with Tariff
Hit Date of 1 Jan 2010 or later.
The charge will be applicable for all shipments in this trade. In case of any exceptions
all contract lines need to be re-priced and the CDD should be zeroed out after approval
from the channel manager.

Please find below overview for the 7 NNP set surcharges in 2010.

Effective date: 1st of January 2010

1) COD - Change of Destination
COD will be increased from $200 to $250.

2) HEC - Garment on Hangers
HEC tariffs will be increased by 15%.

3) SEP - Special Equipment Surcharge
SEP Tariff Rates increased by 15%.

Exceptions: increased by USD 150/FFE

4) SER- Carrier Security Charge:
SER will be increased from $6 to $9.

5) WSC - Winter Surcharge
Applicable only in Russia and Ukraine. Tariff value increased by 15%
