The Member Lines of the FEFC wish to advise Shippers:
Bunker Adjustment Factor (BAF)
To/From Mediterranean and West Coast European Region:
The BAF applicable for 1st September 2008 until 17th October 2008 will be USD 766.00 per TEU/USD 38.30 W/M LCL.
To/From the UK, North West Continent, Scandinavia and Baltic Sea Region:
The BAF applicable for 1st September until 17th October 2008 will be USD 766.00 per TEU/USD 38.30 W/M LCL plus additional USD 13.00 per TEU/USD 0.65 W/M Low Sulphur Fuel Surcharge.
Currency Adjustment Factor (CAF)
The CAF applicable for 1st September 2008 until 17th October 2008 will be +17.9 %.
This will be the final BAF/CAF notice as the FEFC ceases its operations on 17th October 2008.
