We hereby would like to inform you that based on prevailing market conditions "K" Line will implement a general rate increase on the Westbound AMX EMED & WMED Trade with effect as from 14th December 2009.

The quantum of said increase will be Usd 200 per teu.

Validity of the rates will be 14th January 2010.
