As you are well aware, French ports are going on strikes.

Pls be informed of the following that will apply to all cargo ex ASIA:

1 – FOS SUR MER:

When ever the Dragon will not call Fos Sur Mer, the cargo will be discharge in Barcelona or in Valencia.

MSC France will inform you accordingly and 2 options will be proposed:

Option 1: Receiver takes delivery of its cargo at the alternative POD

COD to POD: Barcelona or Valencia (depending where the cargo will be discharged)

Charge to be paid:
· COD Fee: usd 150 instead of the usd 500 as per Tariff.
· Release Administration Fee: Euro 50 per BL

Option 2: Receiver still wish MSC to bring the cargo to Fos Sur Mer as per BL.

Charge to be paid:
· Feeder Surcharge: usd 175 per TEU

2 – LE HAVRE:

When ever the Lion will not call Le Havre, the cargo will be discharge in Antwerp.

MSC France will inform you accordingly and 2 options will be proposed:

Option 1: Receiver take delivery of its cargo at the alternative POD

COD to POD: Antwerp.

Charge to be paid:
· COD Fee: usd 150 instead of the usd 500 as per Tariff.
· Release Administration Fee: Euro 50 per BL

Option 2: Receiver still wish MSC to bring the cargo to Le Havre as per BL:

Charge to be paid:
· Feeder Surcharge: No Feeder surcharge to apply
· Feedering Administration Fee: Euro 50 per TEU

Origin Admin COD fee:

In addition to the above, origin Admin COD Fee is to be applied as well (if there is any) for COD case.
