RATE RESTORATION

With reference to the recent announcement made by the Conference on the trades ex Asia (Except Japan), MSC intends to follow with a rate restoration from Far East to all destinations covered by the Silk, Lion, Dragon, Tiger, Phoenix and Jade with a minimum quantum of USD 200 per TEU effective 1st of April, 2008.

Bunker Adjustment Factor:

Ex India and Pakistan To Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The BAF applicable for the month of April 2008 will be: USD 310 per TEU

Ex Asia To Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The BAF applicable for the month of April 2008 will be: USD 456 per TEU

Ex Asia To NWC, UK, Scandinavia and Baltic Sea Region:
The BAF applicable for the month of April 2008 will be: USD 465 per TEU

Currency Adjustment Factor:

Ex India and Pakistan To Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The CAF applicable for the month of April 2008 will be: 17. 07 %

Ex Asia To NWC, UK, Scandinavia, Baltic Sea Region, Mediterranean and Black Sea:
The CAF applicable for the month of April 2008 will be: 15 %

Suez Canal Transit Surcharge

New surcharge to be applied on Silk, Lion, Dragon, Tiger, Phoenix and Jade: Suez Canal Transit Charge of
USD 9/TEU with effect from 1st April 2008.
